HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE TO HELL

I really think so. Lately, I have reached people who hardly speak english and who can’t understand me. It takes at least 40 minutes for a call that should only take 5 minutes. Recently I have called India, Philippines and Mexico. What has your experience been? Weigh in…..
